The BUBICON can be used for the reduction of dissolved oxygen and for the addition of carbon dioxide at the same time, at the same work phase. After the removal of the dissolved oxygen the reduced partial pressure in the liquid allows the impregnation of the carbon dioxide with less energy needs for both freshening wine and increasing carbon dioxide quantity.

Minimal working temperature : -5 oC Max cleaning temperature: steam/105 oC max 10 minutes. Can be cleaned with the usual CIP procedures, hot water, sterilized by steam.
